Singla sons LLP ( http:// www.singlasons.com) is a renowned company with its registered office at A-17A SFS Flats Kondli, Gharoli, Mayur Vihar, Phase - 3, New Delhi-110096, India and Corporate Office at A-48, Sector – 67, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 281301, CIN No. AAI-8006 was incorporated on 09th March 2018 by Mr. Brijesh Singla to architecture the large land banks in Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and other parts of India either by way of setup the manufacturing units, commercial as well as residential complexes under the control of Mr. Brijesh Singla.

We have following aviation businesses:
  1. Manufacturing - Specialized UAV’s , 2 & 4 Seater Helicopters, 2 & 4 Seater Light Aircrafts, Small to Mid Sized Cargo Aircrafts and Amphibians
  2. MRO – Maintenance, Repairs & Overhauling Services for Helicopter and Aircrafts. MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) for our indigenous made aircraft’s and other aircrafts at Narnaul airports with Hanger space and Runway length suitable/ extendable for a Mid to large size aircraft. Scope of Work for MRO and Other operations in the JV Hanger / Airbase Facilities In MRO we intend to contribute amongst other activities two important technology services as below:

    1. Main Rotor Blade (MRB) maintenance and Repair work for all the Mil and Kamov Helicopters in India. - The main rotor blades of Mi Helicopter are exported to the Moscow Based OEM Mil Helicopter Design Buro, here our work comes as a solution to the Indian government / non-government operators of these Helicopters. Our customer will save valuable foreign exchange, time and work delays in the maintenance. This is our value addition to our clients.
      In Ukraine we have a team of authorized and specialized engineers certified for MRB Inspection, servicing and Repair Work. We can bring them to India to organize the work.
    2. Spray Coating by Thermal Detonation Spray Technology – Uniquely developed at our institute in Kharkov is cost effective with their German counterparts used for Providing the coating work in servicing, maintenance and Repair work, it is used for all Defense and Aerospace.

  3. Cargo Airlines (Turtle Dove Aviation Private Limited) – Providing air cargo shipment services worldwide (5 – 80 Tons Cargo Aircrafts). Turtle Dove Aviation Pvt Ltd is a New Delhi based company established in the year 2015 by a committed pool of professional delivering world class services and lead by the Aviation Veteran Capt. Hemant Agnihotri with a grant of NOC from Ministry of civil aviation, Govt of India, to operate non scheduled air transport services via letter - AV-1405/15/2017-DT. Objective of the company is providing world class aviation services as a non-scheduled operator by offering Aviation Services for both Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing in the state of Haryana ,India.
  4. Flying School - Provide CPL / PPL flying training in the shortest possible time period with limited number of students per aircraft to provide a clear and effective mandate for our students and instructors. Equal focus on Ground studies and flying lessons Provide an experience of complete service wherein the student is guided from the starting point till the issue of license .
  5. Air shuttle/ Taxi service - 4-12 seater aircrafts from Hisar airport to various destinations like - Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Patiala, Ludhiana, Jammu etc.
Singla Sons is technically assisted by Engenious Aerospace Limited which was founded by Rajesh Muneshwar and to get the latest knowledge in 2018 in Ukraine.
Engenious Aerospace LTD, Kyiv, Ukraine.(http://www.engeniousaerospace.com)- Engenious Aerospace Ltd, (EAL), established in 2018 has expertise to Design and Produce UAVs, Light Aircraft and Rocket Propulsion Systems. In Joint Venture with Defense and Private Aerospace Establishments in Ukraine and Argentina, EAL is dedicatedly developing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVS) for GIS Mapping Industry & Defense, Rocket Systems for Cloud Seeding, Armament Rocket Systems, Suborbital Microgravity Research purpose. Company also maintains and operates 2 seat light Aircraft at Korotych, regional airport, in Kharkov, Ukraine.

  1. Rajesh Muneshwar - B-Class Rocket Propulsion Scientist, UAV & Aircraft Design Engineer . CTO at Engenious Aerospace Ltd.
  2. Vitalii Podymai – Director of TMM - Avia division of Company TMM Ltd, Manager-Production – VLA aircraft T-10/T-10M, Kharkov, Ukraine.
  3. Valeri Dvaeglazov (Russia) - Chief Designer of Ansat a famous Russian military Helicopter and Rotor UAV, 30 year Experience in Helicopter Design Technology.
  4. Anatoly Kozubenko (Ukraine) - Zakarpat Helicopter Factory, Chief Technologist and CEO for Serial Production of KT-112 Helicopter.
  5. Oleg Lobusov (Ukraine) - Chief Design Engineer at “Sokol” Design Beuro, Denipropetrovsk, awarded more than 20 patents and more than 30 research Publications.
We are working as a consortium to achieve all round development of aviation sector and trying to reduce cost of inventories to maximise the profits. These companies are working in hand with hand under the umbrella of Singla Sons Llp.

Singla Sons LLP primarily acquires the NPA units in India from banks, Financial Institutions, NBFC(s) and ARC(s) which are related to engineering, manufacturing of special units in Steel and Iron including the type of raw materials that are being used in airframe structures and composition of materials used in aircraft manufacturing and cement plants, production units of Iron and steel, Fabrication of Steel and Aluminum units, polymer manufacturing units, and etc.
