This is one of the first kinds of company that will search, identifies, evaluate and negotiate the Sick Units/ Non performance Assets of the Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions. The company after proper negotiation wills to takeover, Merger & Amalgamation of the Sick Units/ Non performance Assets through the Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC) from the Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions. The Company would make the Technical and Financial analysis about the takeover, Merger & Amalgamation of the Sick Units/ Non performance Assets. The Company will invest the money depending on the requirements and need of the sick units/ non-performance assets of the project taken over to make it profitable ventures. The Company would sell units to open market at a premium and profit on the investments.
